This concho is square and measures 1-1/4", just the concho itself. 
Sticking up from the concho is the front side of a concho pendant adapter.  On the backside of the adapter, it is in the shape of a hook, so that you can easily attach this pendant to almost any necklace.     Add bling to the outside edge of the pendant for an extra $5.00 ~ it looks really cute this way, too!  (Clear Swarovski crystals)
